Using the pressure pot principle, pre-mixed resin and catalyst are
drawn under vacuum into the machines homogeniser, actively degassed
and then dispensed under pressure into the mould cavity.
- Standard 3 & 6 litre capacity homogenisers are complimented by
‘special order’ sizes, ranging from 0.3 to 30 litre.
- Can inject as little as a cupful of pre-mixed
material.
- The homogeneous mixing will eliminate cure profile distortions
caused by inaccurate catalysation.
- Injection pressure is controllable.
