Kent, WA – Magnum Venus Plastech is happy to announce the
release of the new Cat Sense catalyst flow alarm. The Cat Sense
is a unique, safe,
pneumatically powered
catalyst flow alarm system, with
no electrical or batteries
needed. It is designed for use on any MVP meter/mix system, and
is quick and simple to install. Cat Sense comes with everything
you need to integrate it quickly into the catalyst pump flow
line. Connect it to the existing machine air circuit and it is
ready to go.
During
operation, Cat Sense provides a clear audible alarm when the
catalyst flow drops below the pre-determined flow setting set by
the operator. Cat Sense will always sense the catalyst flow,
regardless of line pressures. The fluid section flow tube on
Cat Sense is manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel and is rated
as safe to working pressures of up to 200 bar (3,000 psi).
When it comes
to safety and accurately sensing catalyst flow, Cat Sense is the
tool the market has been looking for.
