TRAINING CONTINUES TO BE SUCCESS
Magnum Venus Plastech’s (MVP) Comprehensive Light RTM Training
Course Comes to New Territories
Kent, WA –
In 2007, Magnum Venus Plastech introduced an innovative,
comprehensive Light RTM training course to be conducted
throughout the world. The course, based on the one developed by
industry expert Alan Harper, was expanded to include more
information, hands-on training of mould building and a true
transfer of technology.
Led by one
of the most respected experts in the Composites Industry, MVP
RTM/Infusion Technical Specialist Charles Tur, students at the
school spend three days in intensive classroom instruction.
This instruction includes basic principals in Light RTM
production and all aspects of mould building, as well as
practical hands-on demonstrations in mould tooling. By the end
of the three day course, all participants have a good foundation
to begin introducing LRTM into their production.
Since our
first class in Russia in 2007, Charles has conducted this
training at the facilities of several other MVP distributors
around the world. Included in these were: Dubai, India,
Australia, South Africa, Germany and more. At the end of each,
students agreed that this comprehensive course was what they
needed to get started in Light RTM.
2009 is
going to be a very busy year for LRTM training, with courses
scheduled for the first time in New Zealand, Malaysia, Korea,
our first-ever French language course in Tunisia and more.
