MVP purchase Magnum Venus Plastech Limited Thermoset Tectonics
We are pleased to announce the sale of the Magnum Venus Plastech Limited Thermoset
Tectonics Ltd, UK to Magnum Venus Products, USA.
Magnum Venus Plastech Limited began manufacturing equipment for
the composites industry in 1983. Seeing the changes in the
industry, Magnum Venus Plastech Limited changed their focus to designing and
producing the technology, equipment and tooling necessary for
the closed mould process. This led the company, and it’s founder
Alan Harper, to become the leading specialists in providing
efficient closed mould technology.

The systems developed by Magnum Venus Plastech Limited are designed to process many
different resin systems currently used in closed mould
production including polyester, epoxy, phenolic and hybrids.
Optional equipment includes Injection volume programming,
catalyst flow monitoring, precise injection pressure monitoring
and control, mixing and non-mixing machines and resin
temperature control for machines and moulds.
In addition to merging the technology of
Magnum Venus Plastech Limited with Magnum Venus Products' existing RTM line, this
merger also brings years of expertise and training in closed
moulding applications, and MVP is looking forward to using the
expertise that Alan Harper and his team at Magnum Venus Plastech Limited bring as
they expand their PrecisionTECH™ RTM line into the world wide
market.
