Megaject Sprinter (SSB) Autohead
(NEW MODEL)
Designed for injecting polyester, vinylester and methacrylate
resins
and catalyst at controlled pressures. The Megaject SSB AutoHead
mixes on demand at the injection head with catalyst ratios
adjustable from 0.5% to 3.0% in increments of 0.5% and features
Pre-determined Counter, Resin Gel Alarm and Automatic Head with
internal interlocks on resin and catalyst valves.
Standard Features
- Full instrumentation housed in a stainless steel
control panel.
- Precision fluid pumps guarantee accurate metering across the full
6-9kg/min output range.
- Complete 2 stream mixing head with static mixer
element.
- Automatic, pneumatically controlled resin and
catalyst injection/recirculation valves at the mix head.
- Head auto valves include valve position indicators.
- Built in pneumatic interlocks on both auto head
valves provide guaranteed monitoring and security, by
preventing the possibility of machine operation without
resin or catalyst flow.
- Internal interlocks on both auto head valves prevent
the possibility of solvent getting into mould when
flushing the machine head.
- Resin Gel Alarm system (RGA) provides intelligent
visual and audible alarm conditions during and after
machine injection. Battery powered with low battery
power alarm.
- Pre-determined counter (PDC) with a count rate of
every 100cc. When the pre-determined count is reached
the machine stops automatically.
- Mould Pressure Guard (MPG) provides safe injection
pressures that are pre-determined by the operator, and
guards against excessive mould injection pressures
whilst limiting pressure in the machine to mould feed
pipe.
- Anti stall timer on RGA.
- Supplied with socket ready for connection to the
optional PVSensor, allowing precise mould pressure
control.
- Catalyst over-pressurisation provides an automatic
machine safety stop.
- Economic, single operation, air/solvent flush of
machine head.
- Resin inlet hose on swivel fitting. Resin pick up
wand suitable for 200kg drum.
- 8 litre catalyst bottle with flow indicator and filtered line.
- Safe, 20lt heavy-duty non-pressurised polypropylene
solvent tank featuring submersed (SP-3) solvent pump
system. Safely positioned, the frame mounted tank offers
visual level indication without the need to remove the
tank lid.
- Highly efficient solvent/air emulsifier ensuring lower solvent consumption per head flush.
- Stainless steel ratio arms offer single pin catalyst
ratio adjustment from 0.5% to 3.0%.
- Powder coated frame with lockable, heavy duty
castors.
- Emergency stop.
- Machine stability, guards and controls comply with
CE Machinery Directive.
