The
unit can be configured to suit Polyester/Vinylester, Phenolic or
Epoxy filled or unfilled resin systems.
Features
- Variable ratio, infinite adjustment between 1:1 to 200:1, enabling the user to accurately match the resin manufacturer’s specified ratio. This is achieved using one of the 4 Standard pump sizes, 100cc, 50cc, 20cc and 4.5cc.
- 20cc pump available in 316 S/S for use with phenolic resin systems, giving catalyst ratio range of 3% to 20.8%
- Heavy duty ratio arms with precision roller bearing fulcrums in place of bushes.
- Precision designed fluid pumps guarantee accurate metering over the full output range. All pumps now fitted with new unique internal valve seals.
- Ratios manually adjusted using low friction Teflon coated lead screws.
- Full instrumentation and control panel, housed in lockable steel cabinet.
- Gel timer with alarm and alarm volume control.
- Timed solvent flush of machine head (cancels gel timer).

- Frame mounted 20lt non-pressurised solvent tank with submersed solvent pump system, SP3.
- Highly efficient solvent/air emulsifier ensuring lower solvent consumption per head flush.
- Built-in mould vacuum facility.
- Machine shuts down upon emergency stop and air failure with automatic reset to safe mode on restart.
