Designed for injecting polyester, vinylester and methacrylate resins and catalyst at controlled pressures. The Megaject Patriot SSB – AutoHead mixes on demand at the injection head with catalyst ratios infinately adjustable from 0.5% to 3.0% and features Pre-determined Counter, Resin Gel Alarm and Automatic Head with internal interlocks on resin and catalyst valves.   • Autohead valving with safe automatic interlocks - The Automatic head resin and catalyst valve not only remotely switch over on command between recirculation and injection positions but are also interlocked with the control circuit. This means that if either one does not switch correctly then the machine will not allow an inject command to operate.
  • Pre Determining Counter for auto fill - Allows a predetermined mould shot size to be set. The machine will automatically stop once this count has been reached during injection

Patriot pumping system - MVP Advanced Design Group developed a revolutionary new system to meet the demands of increased precision. The Patriot is a versatile pumping system that addresses many of the problems currently experienced in production control. During testing the Patriot proved an catalyst to resin variance of less than 1%.

 

MVP announce MotoCat a NEW industry standard for ratio adjustment. Whatever catalyst percentage is chosen can be simply adjusted remotely by a plus and minus fascia air switch control. MotoCat features Air motor safe power and precision adjustment on the fly.

 

    

Ideal freedom for maintenance provided by unlocking and rapid removal of the entire Patriot pump assembly in seconds. The Patriot pump system, as a whole, can be unlocked and removed as one complete unit without the use of tools allowing it to be brought to bench working height. This feature enables the user to carry out routine maintenance in ideal and accessible conditions
