A light weight roller saturator attachment for any of Magnum Venus Plastech Limited’s
Megaject injection machines.
The three elements of control, feed and
distribution from one unit.
Advantages.
- Low cost unit.
- Average wet out rate 10-12 seconds per m2.
- Proven to increase the lay up efficiency by as much as 4 times when
compared to traditionally brush applied resin.
- Operator has small amount of feed pipe as opposed to a bulky feed
hose.
- Pneumatic start control button has no moving parts and is
strategically positioned just ahead of the operator’s normal thumb
rest position.
- 3 litres/min. - depends on mix viscosity, hose length and size of
feed hose.

Specification.
- RollMate uses standard 7” fluffy roller.
- Supplied with 8mm diameter feed line, switch and wand assembly, 4mm
start /stop signal line and quick connect fittings. Also supplied
spare roller cage and, 3 spare 7” fluffy rollers.
- Feed hose length 3 m (depending on resin mix viscosity).
Please Note:
This unit must not be connected
to high pressure Spray up equipment.
